The kiss between Mason and Katherine was pretty awful IMO! I thought they didn't have any chemistry at all. My fav part, although not technically "sexy", was Elena commending Damon for helping Liz and acting like "the Damon who use to be my friend." The chemistry between those two is my fav part of the show!
