I have used probably half of these brokers listed. One thing for sure is the big ones say they don’t have dealing desks etc well most of them do, I know FXDD still has a trade desk and trades against their customers but the others say they add a mark up and pass straight thru. Okay whatever. Bottom line is to try and try again until you find one you like. I still see spreads widen before news some of the brokers widen the spreads at the end of the day and of course lots of slippage everywhere. I find it interesting that a broker that pass the trades straight thru, that the trades still have slippage in the brokers favor. Bottom line if you are going to pay a spread, and going to eat the slippage you mind as well use a introducing broker, the spreads don’t change and at minimum you get extra support for the same thing something the big brokers don’t give.
