Should the state do more to find cause of The Acreage cancer cluster?

The State Gov reqeusted a review to see if there was a link of property loss value and the Cluster. The STATE came back and said, no it was not, that it reflected an overall bad economy Nationally.

One day I will figure out why the lies are more important than the truths, and wow, when even the State says they have fabricated the sale situation, and they then turn on the State who they claim protected them, one has to wonder who is getting off on the joy of the rage and anger, they created in the Cluster to start with. The evidense shows, 'somebody' enjoys the simple joy of the hatred and abuse to the citizens rather than anything else meaing we have bullies for the sake of bullying.

The POLL can be fixed and has been tampered with. By signing off, running ones cookie cleaner program, signing on again, people can vote several times over. Its a false poll and a disclaimer should have been placed that it was not an official or should be official of public opinion.

Sunshine, it was started by contamination resulting in high rates of cancer, the reporter only reported on it. Then again, that is what reporters tend to do.

This rumor was started by one news man for the sensationalzm factor, to encourage acceptance of the water lines. Wake up you useful idiots!!!!!!!

I keep only seeing "pediatric brain cancer" I live in the acreage and was diagnosed with leukemia last year. One of my dogs died of cancer, my neighbor died of colon cancer, his neighbor died of brain cancer - somehow I don't think this is just coincidence. I agree with some of the points Billeah makes, testing the air is a bit extreme, but the water and soil yes. I also agree with the point about the stigma this has put in our neighborhood, I will have a rough time selling my house particularly since I have to not only disclose the "cancer cluster" but that I have cancer. If in fact there is an entity that is responsible for the cancer we are experiencing than yes, let's make them pay for the damage(s) they have caused, but if there is no one to "blame" then let's drop it and move on and chuck it up to "bad luck".

Why test the air. Does the acreage air stop at Ibis to the east or Wellington to the south? Does Weitz & Luxenberg know that the canal that ties Lake Okeechobee to the county water supply (Lake Mangolia & Clear Lake) runs right through the acreage. Most of our canal systems are for drainage and are all interconnected. So I guess we need to check the air and water for the whole county since we are all exposed. Looks to me like Weitz & Luxenberg doesn't have a case. They are in panic mode now that they have expenses that will never be paid for and clients that are upset for shooting themselves in the foot. The stigma they put on our neighborhood has hurt property values and made it almost impossible to sell our homes even if we wanted to move.
