How do you snap back from overindulgence?

    Drink alot of water before you go out drinkin, have some fruit and veggies as appetizers. If you are not sick take a mild pain reliever as soon as you wake up. You lose vital nutrients when you drink you need to replace them asap, go for a walk and get some fresh air.
