How do you adjust your riding schedule for less daylight hours?
Just ride as much as I can, because it'll be inside on the trainer soon.
Lights. Hello, night rides.
I just do shorter workouts, with less warmup/cooldown.
Screw it. I'm on the trainer.
I'm on fall break. Back off.
