The most versatile one is a garden grown tomato sandwich on white bread with mayo. You can eat it any time of day.

Roast turkey, provolone, green chili, avocado and sprouts on toasted whole wheat...just a little mayo and some pepper! Add fresh tomatoes from my garden when they're in season. The Best!!!

Real turkey slices, miracle whip ( NOT mayo), whole wheat bread, romaine lettuce; bacon slices optional.

The best sandwich is the RACHAEL, which is a cousin of the Reuben, but vastly superior. That's hot pastrami (and/or corned beef), with melted swiss, coleslaw, and spicy mustard.

BLTA - BLT with avocado! It's the best - the guys at my corner deli don't even have to take my order when I stop in for a late night sandwich fix.

My boyfriend likes to make a chip sandwhich. Basically you just crush up some doritos and put them between 2 pieces of bread. I actually doesnt taste that bad.

Favorite sandwich of all time? Schlotzky's Turkey Bacon Club, hold the mayo and tomato, add yellow mustard. Perfection! A close second is the Cheesecake Factory's Cuban Pork Sandwich, once again, hold the mayo.

I love the combination of goat cheese and spicy pepper jelly. Add in a few microgreens. A good quality nutty, whole grain bread. Pure heaven!
