How about southern classics - pimento cheese or sliced homegrown tomato w/mayo on white bread.

Open faced wholewheat, toasted: add a little Miracle Whip and then precooked bacon, broil lightly: plus fresh tomato with a couple of slices of monterrey jack cheese on top, broiled to melt the cheese. This is a great way to satisfy your lunch hunger.

I was poisoned by a balooney sandwich when i was very young. I will not put mayo ( or Miracle whip) on any thing I eat. I'd rather suck the snot out of a dead dogs nose than put mayo on anything.

Matter of fact if my wife dies before I do the mayo is going in the trash before she gets to the funeral home and those boxes of mac&cheese are off to the food bank soon after.

    Mustard, natures perfect condiment. :-)

Actually, Mayo is OK, Miracle Whip is where it's at!
