Hire Tony Beasley as the new Pirates' Manager. He had a great record with Altoona and has experience in the Yankees organization. Beez only ever made one overt mistake while serving as Pgh 3d base coach, and that was with 2 outs and the LF made an accurate throw. He is a leader of men and should be featured by the Pirate Management.
hiring Jeff bannister is like what the airlines do, who file bankruptcy every 24 months, when they promote from within for CEO. Outsiders are what we need....the guy that has (not) been developing the talent in the minors is not the solution!
