I'm still in high school, so not old enough to have kids yet, so maybe my opinion on this isn't as meaningful. Nonetheless, I don't see why there would be any problem with kids cross dressing, for a costume or otherwise. First of all, as far as I can tell little kids don't have any sort of sexuality yet so cross dressing should not be an indication of anything Even if it was, who cares? Children should be able to express themselves. Also, cross dressing little kids are absolutely adorable.
