What part do "programs" play in building the true church of Jesus?

They are absolutely necessary in our culture to attract people and grow His church .

They are pragmatic efforts to "become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some."

They are man-made and without the Holy Spirit's direction are of little Kingdom value.

They are nothing more than mimics of business growth methodolgies and have no place in growing the true church.

When used within a scriptural context and are God-centered they have value in the expanse of God's kingdom.
