I am a combat veteran with a VA loan. I can use up to 417000 to partner in the restore of this. I have 16 years in the hotel biz. I opened Revel in AC. My goal is to find more partners and be a part of the restore. But I would really enjoy working as the General Manager or VP of Operations. We could bring some class to Camden and be an actual beacon for when Camden makes it turn. If you have any information, please contact me at 609-254-2895. I have managed hotels, all 4-5 stars in AC, Cape May(Congress Hall) philadelphia and NYC. I am driven and bring some capital to the table. I think with between 8-10 million and we have ourselves a great hotel. Change the floor plan from 107 rooms to roughly 65. This could work and I am very serious. Please contact me ASAP.
