Do you think Arlington is making a Smart Growth decision? Or are they simply being selfish?
Smart! I support their decision to oppose highway projects!
Selfish, they are wasting tax payer money fighting projects that could be benficial for their residents.
Selfishly Smart. I think more study is needed before moving forward with the projects, but at the same time the congestion on I-66 and I-95/395 is dreadful and more capacity is needed!
