The Tacoma Goodwill sold me an item that was missing parts. The description said: Normal wear. VERY good condition. The pictures of the item were of the front, and side. The item had a missing part....ON THE BACK! I have emailed repeatedly over many days, and no one will respond, except to say they got the email. What I mean, is not one email has actually come from the store in question: The Tacoma Goodwill. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! Not even ebay or Craigs list are this bad, there is a way to get your money back on those sites!!!!!!!!!!!
