Pie Crust! My mother and I panicked until my stepdad (who used to work at a pastrey shop in New York) whipped one up with the scratch ingredients. We had completely forgotten that was possible.

In the late 70,s a social worker that I worked with was leaving the state for another job. At his party we constructed a case history on him as he had done so many times on our patients. Interviewing his family we heard of the time his mother forgot the stuffing and stuffed the turkey with cheerios.
