My best wishes for Chef Forge. I went to High School with him and was shocked to see him on Iron Chef. His father was an awesome chaf and his borother own one of the best bbq joints I have been too. But Forge is a winner, always has been and he will be here as well.

Ming Tsai should not have been on the competetion at all and he was such a unsavory character. He kept trying to hurt theother competitors at every turn.It was a competition but fairness should be put into play. He was so unsportsman like. They finally got him off.

My best wishes for soon to be Iron Chef Forgione. He has a "go get it" attitude.
I have to agree that Canora is a whiner, add to that his negative comments regarding other competors; if he wins tonight, I may not be watching ICA anymore. And I would hate that because I love ICA but I feel so strongly that Canora does not deserve to be an Iron Chef.

Canora may be the greatest chef in history, but he's such a whiner. I don't want to listen to that when I watch ICA. I also think Forgione would add a much needed dose of contemporary into ICA.
