No, and I'm not a hater, I've had experience with violence like that. She has MANY issues she needs to resolve before she should be allowed around Leah. If she truly loved Leah she wouldnt of brought a convict around her just because she was ahem "dating" him. This is about Leahs safety and Amber has been deemed unsafe for Leah.

Ah come on, haters!! The baby needs her mom! YES, she should always have someone else present when she sees her, but you can't take a baby away from her mom like that! You disgust me!

i think that its good she dont get to see her amber is good for nothing mother who never needs he kid and gary is not too much better the baby needs to be with garys mom ambers mom is just as crazy amber need to just go to jail for along time and not get to see the baby untill she is clean and out of jail untill then i hope she has a horrible life thanks

It doesn't work that way! The court has the say-so and apparently at this point the judge has not given the discretion to do this. Perhaps when he or she sees some progress and/or they go back to court, an approved monitor will be okay for visits.
