Yes, he definitely deserves a second chance. The man has paid his dues. He made a mistake. He has learned from it, and I can almost guarantee you that he will never put his hands on a woman again. In my opinion, this was a lesson he needed to learn because he grew up in that volatile environment, which, ultimately, he became a product of. As a young child, he witnessed this abuse for a number of years, and was probably bound to repeat it if the need arose to defend himself (or maybe not defend himself). Nevertheless, what has happened has happened. We all need to let it go and let this man GET ON WITH HIS LIFE. He has certainly repented. I do not agree with what happened, for he was wrong, dead wrong, but I do feel that he deserves forgiveness and deserves a second chance. This is a good man, a super talented honestly good man who made a mistake. We all make mistakes, as we are all human.
