1. Assange should face charges, however, he is not a citizen and the US has no authority to arrest the man? Holder will have to look elsewhere.

2. Assange should not be charged because he is not a citizen and has a right to do just what he did.

3. Assange will be charged because our government will be able to charge and convict him under the Espionage Act.
