What is the biggest determining factor in your decision to call or respond to an email from a recruiter with a potential job opportunity?

    None of these options fits. I am most inclined to respond to an email about potential job opportunities when:
    A) The description of the position matches my experience
    B) The position specifies paid relocation or is located near where I already work.
    C) I always respond to recruiting emails, albeit often enough to inform the recruiter of my disinterest and why. It never hurts to make new connections, however being rude about a potential position can burn bridges.
