Yes, professional arts companies should bear the brunt of the cuts because they have more money and other funding to start with.

No, community groups only serve a small number of people whereas the larger companies reach thousands of people.

I don't think the arts (community or professional) should have their funding cut at all - they are too valuable to Cardiff's culture.
