Are you open to experimental cooking at the holidays?

NO! The food has to be EXACTLY how my family made it or the holiday is ruined.

It wouldn't trash my holiday, but I'd be disappointed if we stepped away from tradition.

If it makes a dish I love better, I'm all for it. Otherwise, leave the experimenting for the rest of the year.

Hmmm...we can maybe try with one or two, but don't screw with the program too much.

Traditions are fine and all, but let's shake it up!

Honestly - my family's food traditions aren't that great. This would be a welcome change.

I didn't have any traditions anyhow, so why not?

If it's not cutting edge, I won't it eat. This sounds awesome.
