Who had a worse year in 2010?

Come on... It's Favre, hands down. Tiger's already regained a decent amount of the public trust that he lost, and he's been showing signs of his game recovering as well.

But more than that, think about this: for all the trouble the Sterger episode has caused for Favre, he never even slept with her! The world has seen pictures of his tiny junk and everybody thinks he's a creep, and he never even got the payoff of sleeping with the woman he was going after. Yes, Tiger's life fell apart, but at least he actually got something out of it... I mean, tiger lost his reputation and everybody thinks he's a creep too, but at least he got to sleep with dozens of beautiful women... And he didn't have pictures of his dong circulate around the sports blogs.

I'm not condoning what Tiger did, but think about it: if you were going to lose your reputation and your family for being a dirtbag, wouldn't you prefer to actually have fun doing it?

Tough vote, but Tiger had a couple of SNL skits in his "honor". When your discretions reach that level, you know you are getting your just deserts. That's the tie-breaker for me!

Put 'em both on an island and let them fight over the distinction.

It is no doubt Favre, even though it is 75 to 25 percent for Woods..Woods still made 100 million dollars in income, where Favre was no where near that.. Also Favre has this sexual harrassment case against him....

It has to be Favre. Tiger had a tough year, but he's still got at least one hundred million dollars, now as a single man he can indulge whatever dating desires he has without sneaking around, and he still has a few years of golfing left to try to resurrect his career.

Favre, on the other hand, is now facing a lawsuit (the first of who knows how many), a lawsuit that may eventually cost him his marriage, and he violated the one rule of sports heroes--he cost his team the championship. Finally, he's tapped out--he will never play again at the level that built the mystique. Our last memory of him will not be pretty.

So, Favre wins--he had the worst year, in part because he saved the worst for last.
