I am an independent importer and wholesaler for tequila. We are only allowed by Alcohol Beverage Control laws to give 1/4 oz samples to clients. This is just enough for the consummer to taste not to get drunk. I understand the negative views of alcohol being serve at grocery stores but at the same time how responsible are you as a person. People need to get a grip and stop blaming others for their childish irresponsible acts. Use common sence the one we were born with. There is a lot of things that are bad for you if you don't keep limits. I think that this new law will help small independent distributors like myself increase sales which means I can hire people who don't have a job.

I don't understand how they could pass a law that "Pickles" people from the inside, (and I think alcohol IS a form of drug for some) but they WON'T pass a law for the medicinal Marajuana to help those who need it.

That would be a good idea , as for advertising . But I dont think california is ready for that. Cuz technically wouldn't that be illegal.. considered. Drinking and driving? ?id hate to go to jail over a sample

A person can get drunk sampling booze from one place to another, and not to mention temptation for all alcholics, totally wrong.
