Actually, Lost Boys: The Thirst (or as we call it, Lost Boys: The Apology) was quite good. Leaps and bounds better than #2, The Tribe. You don't need to watch #2 to enjoy #3. If you were a fan of the original, give The Thirst a go. Realizing of course that it is still nowhere near as good as the original, BUT I think you will find it to be a fun tribute and good movie that doesn't take itself or vampire movies seriously.
Was Lost Boys: The Thirst any good? I love the original but I heard that The Tribe was not even worth watching (so I didn't).
