Based on the image posted I would stay away from it, I have the 90mmF2 and it's a gorgeous piece of glass. Good & Cheasp is an oxymoron :)

I probably would purchase (if good quality). I like to do close-up street portraiture, and find with my 50 Summicron I have to get right-up in my subject's grill to get a good frame, a 90mm would be a little more unobtrusive.
Happy to beta test one if necessary :)
