"Harry's Law" is a great show and follows the formate for "Boston Legal." Now it is time to bring back RENNY CRANE.......PLEASE WE ALL MISS THE GUY!!! Harry vs Crane! What could be more exciting. Producers of Harry Law give Shatner a call. He's waiting for that call.

Kathy Bates is just plain wonderful. Her demeanor, her delivery practically had me on the floor. No one is as expressive as she. I guess I just enjoyed the entire show. The complaints about the political aspect of the show are lost on me. Our whole lives are based on politics in a way. We take sides about everything. David E. Kelly seems to want people to "think" and maybe form an opinion. Lots of people don't want to get involved. Looks like the show has accomplished getting people involved, thinking and talking. Sounds like a success. I hope he gets to do this one for more than one season. I can't and don't watch reality shows and game shows. Boring! At least Harry's Law provokes people to think and it does entertain. I say, don't like don't watch it. Seems like 56% of us will be watching.

GREAT SHOW! I'm looking forward to the next episode. I hope it stays on the air. I like Political statements. Somebody has to show how life really is for others.

Thank you DEK for providing a decent show for baby boomers...and there are still alot of us out there! One can learn lessons at any age while not taking one's self too seriously! Lighten up, people!!! Other shows throw jabs at liberals, atheists, etc. Thank goodness we have freedom of speech. Laugh at the jokes; learn from the messages. Bates and Corddry ruled and made me smile.

I was so excited to watch Kathy Bates in anything...and then the Polictics started! Come on people who needs this! You just ruined a series that had great potential! I will not be watching it again...I shut it off as soon as she started bad mouthing Rush Limbaugh!

Bates is always fabulous, Kelley...predictable. Can't even come up with a theme song that isn't a mashup of prior series... Lame.

Kelley is a great writer. I have loved all his shows until he can't resist getting political. At least with Boston Legal Alan's diatribe was countered by Denny. Kathy Bates is a very talented actor, and I was so looking forward to this show. I turned it off immediately at Harry's ridiculous courtroom antics with the injurious and leftwing comment and personal attack of Limbaugh. I am an independent and am just sick of this on network television. This is no place for celebrity/Hollywood personal political rantings. It never was funny and after Congresswoman Giffords's attack, this kind of rhetoric should be removed ASAP.

And Kate, what hole have you been in? If a network show gets political, it is always to the left and has been for years. Perhaps you are very young with no historical knowledge of television leanings. These are not political slots, but entertainment slots. Who cares what a TV scriptwriter thinks about politics? I know I'm getting the liberal view when I listen to MSNBC, CNN, NPR or read the NY Times, Washington Post, etc. just as I know I will be given the more to the right view on conservative talk radio and some of the Fox lineup. These are political shows. It is the same with college professors. Keep your rants out of the classroom. Let's get back to objective journalism, objective teaching guiding readers and students to critically arrive at their own conclusions.

I cannot express how disappointed I am that within 30 minutes, Kelley started the leftwing political rant. And I am left without having the enjoyment of a well-written, quirky courtroom weekly comedy/drama. There is so little on television for viewers over 60. And I thought if anyone understood this, it was David Kelley since that was a subject of a courtroom case in one of the last episodes of Boston Legal with Betty White and John Larroquette. Thanks, Kelley. When are you going to learn?

I loved the first half hour enough to stay tuned while Castle was on the other channel. Then you just had to put your personal political spin on it. Now you've lost me and I won't be back. This was advertised as entertainment.

I l ove Kathy Bates and looked forward to the show. Then it turned political, I watch TV to get away from the political crap, why do TV shows and Hollywood think we need more of it. Just do the show, keep your political thoughts to yourself. Just because your on TV or in movies, doesn't mean your right about everything and the people who watch are like mice and just follow along, cause you think your somebody. I make up my own mind about it, I don't need the shows to tell me there's crap on both sides of the political isle. Just do the show let us enjoy it and quit trying to influence us either way. Liberal or conservative let us decide, your in the entertainment business, entertain us. It could be a great show, I know I'm just one person so if I stop watching it won't mean anything, but I really think the show could be a good one.

LOVED it....Especially the political diatribe! It's about time someone steps on the toes of Fox noise/ Limbaugh lies and tells it like it is....great writing...excellent delivery.

I always loved Kathy Bates, best character actor ever, and loved the cast.

Situation, set in Cincinnati in a reality that exists in the city, the look is authentic to the location, and the problems have been there for ages.

It was almost perfect except for the political diatribe.

Even with Kathy Bates and all of the rest, I will lose interest if this becomes a political statement.

Any chance to see the work of Bates is always welcomed. I hope the series will grow up. It showed signs in the premier, so I am hopeful.

Show was good for the first half hour then it got political.
Come on David Kelly Why do you have to impose your political views on TV?
I don't think this show will last more than 1 season. Too bad because I love Kathy Bates!!!!!
