Who is responsible for creating more jobs?
The Obama Administration needs to do more to stimulate the economy.
Albany needs to do more to fix the state.
The private sector needs to start hiring people again.
Individuals need to find ways to make themselves more employable.
To some degree, at least, all of the above.
None of the above. It will just take time, probably years, for unemployment to drop, if it ever does.
