    I started the diet on Wednesday (AM), and as of Friday (AM), I've lost 5lbs. I was already doing 2/3 of this diet without knowing it,, but made two changes (added beans, removed cheese)

    I was already drinking 20oz of cold water in the morning and wearing the ice pack on the back of my neck/shoulders in the night per the 4hr body recommendations.

    Can't wait to see what the next week brings.

    At first I was not losing anything, then toward week three I noticed an inch of fat loss... now the scale is starting to move as well. Hang in there people!

    Started 5 weeks ago. Starting weight about 69kg. Tomorrow is weigh-in day, totally excited and hoping to weigh in at 65kg for a total weight lost around 4kg or 5.8% of starting weight, which to me is very significant

    I haven't even actually been sticking to it as closely as I would like especially the first week there was still heaps of crap foods in my fridge and pantry, and at work they constantly have cakes cause people keep getting either pregnant or birthdays, biscuits, fruits and soft drinks, which can be so damn hard to avoid especially if you've been working hard.

    I had lost my six pack 10 or so years ago ever since coming back from a trip to Vietnam and have been trying to get it back since. For once in the 10 years, I can begin to see my six pack again. I used to look at photos of buff guys and think that there are muscles underneath your pecks and to the upper corners of your abs, but thanks to this diet I recently found out they they're just your rib cage!

    Its so awesome to actually noticeably see your body change and get fitter. Even some of my clothes don't fit me right anymore... they're a little bit too big!

    This is probably the most promising diet I have ever tried and can totally see myself doing this for the rest of my life.

    For me, this is the best ever food plan. I started in January and have lost 40 lbs, (female, started at 193) and that is with no exercise. I found the food very satisfying-- delicious and nutritious.
    For those of you who are not losing, please re-read the book-- that helped me a lot. There is hidden sugar everywhere, in any prepared foods- it's shocking. If you can purify your pantry, and watch for "sauces" when eating out, you will lose. Grains and sugars are enemies to our blood sugar and insulin production. Also, use the thermogenic supplements recommended. Drink Water. and red wine!

    Have found it easy. Went from 171 to 157 in 32 days, which for me - is awesome. Lost 4.5 inches off of waist 34.5 down to 30. and 4.5 off hips - from 47 to 42.5 inches. .Female, just over 50. I can see doing this long term - it is easy. The cheat day was hard to do at the beginning, but now I know it will be either Fri, Sat or Sun depending on social engagements and, for me, that works. No supplements except a multi vitamin.

    I lost 5 pounds the first 10 days despite the most outrageous cheat day in the history of the universe! This is week three and nothing new. It is hard to figure out what to do differently. I have arthritis so I care a lot more about weight than inches.

    I am going to keep at it.

    I started in mid-January and have lost 36 pounds as of this morning, July 11th. I am a 5'10" female, beginning weight 210 lbs. I have been on many, many diets having varying degrees of success, but ultimately gaining the weight back.

    What feels different about the 4-hour body diet is that I feel like I can LIVE this way for the rest of my life. Always before, I had the unspoken idea that the diet would 'end.' I thought the same when I began '4-hour body' as well. Over time, however, I have learned to eat much differently. I don't crave the white starches and other 'bad' stuff. I get my fix on binge day and go right back to eating right.

    I need to work on the exercise portion a lot more. I am a self-professed couch potato. Just by the act of dropping weight I have become a lot more active because is so much easier to move! I bought a kettelbell a few days ago and am amping up to starting the 'swing!' I have another 2o or so pounds to go!

    This is my 30th day and I've lost 16 pounds. I'm never hungry (unlike other diets I've been on) and I work out about twice a week - the kettle bells and martial arts, not much. I follow the diet pretty closely, including PAGG, but I eat a ton. I'm going to keep going for another 16 pounds, but I think this is pretty easy and will likely continue some form of this diet indefinitely.

    I started this diet 5 weeks ago and so far I have lost a pants size and lost about 20 inches throughout my entire body. I'm sure if I exercise, I will lose more, a lot quicker. I hope my success continues!!

    I'm on my second try.

    The first go 'round I lost 9 pounds the first week. 5 the second and none for weeks 3 though 7. At that point I quit. I think I was doing a few things wrong. 1. Not eating enough. 2. Not starting the day off with enough protein, fast enough. 3. To try and get enough protein I started eating protein bars which were sweetened and drinking protein shakes with stevia as a sweetener.

    I'm vegetarian and added lots of fish to my diet but still had a hard time getting enough protein. This time I have decided to just chow down on canned tuna, egg beaters, lentil soup and pinto beans to try and increase my protein. It will be very boring but I want to see how it goes.

    I have been on the four hour body diet for approx. 10 days. I have lost 6 lbs. and have lost my strong craving for sweets. I have definitely noticed changes in my body. This diet has been effortless to me. I love it!!

    I only just started a week ago, but so far I have lost 7lbs. I hope it continues. I'm enjoying it so far, actually after the second day, I stopped craving sweets and carbs, which is a big thing for me, I'm really worried about taking a cheat day though, but I'm looking forward to it too.

    I have followed the diet to the letter, unfortunately I have not had any significant results in a change of body composition and I am in my 3rd week. I have also been going to the gym 3 days on 1 day off since I started doing only cardio. At the end of this week I will be going back to a calorie counting portion control diet which has always worked for me in the past. Love some of the recipes on this site, where did the trojan chili go?!

    I HAVE BEEN ON THE DIET FOR 3 WEEKS AND LOST 5 POUNDS. I WISH IT WAS A HIGHER NUMBER FOR ALL THE WORK I AM PUTTING INTO IT.

    I lost the most weight the first week (am just starting week 4). I have found that I do better if I cheat a little each day (like one lindt chocolate ball) and do the airsquats and wall pressess to make up for it. week 2 I only lost what I gained on my cheat day and didn't change in inches at all....turned out I wasn't eating enough food! You have to eat!
