I don't think Regis can be replaced...He's one of akind...but the show could be interesting with Kelly and Mark. They make a wonderful team together. I also like Neil Patrick Harris, Mario Lopez and Anderson Cooper. I didn't see Howie Mandel's name on the list...I guess he's too busy... but he was my favorite co-host. I would've voted for him !
Anyway, as long as Kelly stays, because I really enjoy the show with her. She's so funny and beautiful. I think everybody wants to have a friend like Kelly !
