I primarily use PEPID. It has been really well designed where the medications are linked or hyperlinked under the treatment section for various chief complaints or disorders (speaking for android users) so you don't have to close one app and re-open another. In the beginning, I did use epocrates along with PEPID to make sure that the recommended dosing ranges were similar - which they are.

Of the free ones (I use Pepid, primarily, which is powered by Lexi) I prefer Micromedex. I like it because I know it is the primary resource used by clinical pharmacists in our academic institutions here in Toronto. It is frustrating not having cost info on micromedex - it's something I usually get from Pepid.
