In order to eat what I want whenever I want it today, I'm willing to:
Pay attention to the nutritional profiles of the foods I eat
Pay attention to the portion sizes of each food I need to feel satisfied
Allow my health to get worse
Add exercise into my day to help metabolize the food
Increase my activities to help metabolize the food
Pay attention to the time I eat the foods I choose to eat
Not reach my weight loss target for the week
Identify eating challenges that I know are coming later this week or month
Stop eating as soon as possible if I feel guilty for eating
