What do you think should happen to CCMS?
CCMS development should cease and the AOC should return back to the drawing board where they should have started in the first place.
The program should be paused to look at other possible solutions and if a less expensive, viable solution isn't found, the contracts should be negotiated to ensure a fixed price for deliverables.
The courts must have CCMS and development must continue
