How much time do you think Lindsay should spend in jail?

No, jail is probably not the answer for *her*. But for the rest of us who have to watch her drug addled features peering at us from every news bulletin, and listen to her airhead apologists telling us how she is 'deeply sad' or 'greatly misunderstood' or any other derivative soundbite they can come up with when a microphone is pushed in their faces, a few years of Lohan in prison without access to TV crews and publicists would come as a welcome relief.
Then all we have to deal with is the important issues of the world, such as "Ooooh! has Justin Bieber fallen out with his best friend?" and "is Braindead Kardashian pregnant?"

Jail is not the answer to Ms. Lohan's perdicament, neither is constant forced rehab programs. The addiction, or, at least, the adddicitve behavior, has its' basis in some other deeply troubling psychological propblem. The behavior she is exhibiting screams "look at me". "See all the attention I can attract and how important that makes me." The woman is screaming for help, perhaps, for help with some other problem that has manifested itself in her addictive and self-destructive behavior. Ms. Lohan is not a danger to society needing to be imprisoned, but perhaps, and only perhaps, a sad, ill, and frightened child begging for the help she needs.
I am sure there is a therapist out there that can reach her and help Ms. Lohan to mend herself.
