Ummm, that would be a yes. Tess should have killed him when she had the chance.

No. I understand completely. This is why Lex is such the formidable foe. He's indestructible.

Lex? That's the least of our worries. What's the deal with other-world Lionel acting like he was never gone?

I got nothing. Really. I'm just hanging on to see how they wrap it up. Hopefully it will be better that the 'Lost' finale.
