Both are healthy for you and both are delicious both raw and cooked. But broccoli has my vote for its antioxidant qualities and its savory taste. Nothing beats steamed broccoli that is dressed simply with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, sea salt and fresh pepper. In my diet lexicon, it could pass for dessert! And I like it cold as well as hot. Yum!
