Everyone likes pumpkin pie and other treats made with this squash. But cauliflower is a challenging vegetable that requires more care to get the best flavor and a satisfying flavor. I can turn cauliflower into a delicious, thick and creamy soup. And roasting raw cauliflower bring out the sweetness out of this otherwise bland vegetable. I vote for the underdog!
