• Louisville male cheerleader who grabbed the ball before time ran out and was whistled for a technical. Louisville still was able to upset No. 4 Pitt, but cheerleader could have cost Cards the game.)

• BCS (Just because.)

• Ryan Mallet (Arkansas quarterback's pompous attitude and refusal to answer questions about rumored drug use turned off many at the NFL Combine. Sort of reminds you of another Ryan -- Leaf.)

• Detroit Pistons (player mutiny and insubordination have turned a once-proud franchise into a dysfuntional mess. Players should not just be fined; they should be fired.)
