How do you unit test?

I write unit tests after I finish writing my production code code and aim to achieve 100% code coverage for that section of code.

I write some unit tests after I finish writing my production code that cover what I consider to be the "main" code paths. I don't try to achieve 100% code coverage.

I do not write any production code until I have a failing test.

I don't. I debug my code or use console test runners etc..
