How do you feel about the recent reclassification of DP drilling vessels, and the more stringent manning requirements?

It's a bad idea. Licenses don't mean much in this industry. It's all about experience.

I generally disagree with the idea.

I think it's a good idea, but have reservations.

I'm all for it. If the Coast Guard is going to hold me responsible, then I better be the one calling the shots.
