I've met Emily and know a lot of people closely involved with the Maynards and Hendricks. While whether they were actually engaged is questionnable, there is no doubt that they were the love of each other's lives for at least 3 years (so 16-19). He was her childhood sweetheart, and they did have a child together. She is being honest with him, and she is NOT a gold-digger. She's always been in the public eye to a degree. If Cori didn't know about Emily than Cori didn't actually know Ricky.

well shes for sure not lying! Who is this cori girl anyways? W. Mays...i googled her too and nothing came up it was just all ricky and emily. How about everyone stops all these stupid rumors, get a life, and stay out of a marriage. You know how embarrising this is for her? Your all pathetic and need to get a life. Emily i hope you win! we talk about this every single day in school and basically our whole entire biology class is like praying that you win...even the guys! hahaha! I've googled Emily Maynard and have seen pictures everywhere 9f her and Ricky together. Even one picture where she is showing the diamond with Ricky in the picture, so he was alive when she had the ring. Now, who is this Cori? Google her . . . nothing with her and Ricky. If Emily has been telling the truth, and I think she has, In Touch has lost alot of creditability and I for one would not believe anything they would print from here on out. You should be ashamed In Touch. I didn't want Emily to leave the show because I enjoyed her as a person, but I always thought she should not have been on that show. She is too classy and too much of a lady to be standing like that for love. Some man will capture her heart and he will be the right one.
