I got the 2nd pond, expanded to 20, continued on with expanding to 40 and, it accepted the parts. I went back and it hadn't expanded so, I lost 40 special deliveries.
I tried 20 parts again and... lost those too. This is the message that I got from Zynga
"I was checking your particular issue with the Duck Pond and found that there are other accounts affected with this inconvenience. According to the Development Team, the resolution is in progress, please bear with us while we resolve this. " .......................... "Unfortunately, I do not have an estimated time for this to be resolved. They are tracking all accounts affected in order to fix all of them at the same time. The issue is in development and will be applied soon in Farmville, in the meantime continue playing Farmville."

I got the 2nd pond and upgraded my one I already had..I have put 20shovels in it 2 times now and its asking me for 20 more..maybe I need to do that many to build it up all the way? I can only put 30 ducks right now..
