This is to reply to "hockeyfan" that says the league needs to go after the real goons. Are you calling TJ Oshie a goon? LOL!! If Oshie is a goon than what the f@*k is Chara and that so called tough guy (that wants to fight Pouliot, lol) Lucic?
Gimme a break, if you have to be responsible for your stick at any moment of time during a game then you should be responsible for any other actions you do on the ice!!!

Well, let's check out a few "incidents" in prior hockey games this year and last year. Matt Cooke from Pittsburgh (Dirtiest player in the game) totally blindsides and nearly rips off Marc Savards head possibly ending Savards career since he is still out with post concussion syndrome even after all this time and a few unfortunate checks this year. Cooke did not receive 1 game of suspension!! His hit on Savard was far more severe than Chara's hit. And, how is Chara supposed to know thart the stanchion was their? He was focused on simply checking Pacioretty and has never, never been accused of intent to injure. It was simply an unfortunate circumstance where it was a bang bang hit. You all need to focus on the real "goons" like Cooke and how about TJ Oshie from St Louis who power slammed David Krejci from behind and caused Krejci to miss games with a concussion?

It's me again. What if the shoe was on the other foot, and Chara was the one who got hit. Would the player that hit him be let go without anything happening to him? So, I guess it's not what you know, it's who you know. The whole incident is a horrible, tragic, and a very sad situation. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

I do not care if it was good hit bad hit the SOB should have the book thrown at him. My gosh, the poor man could have been killed. The league has to look more into this bull crap. If this one player or any other player does not get punished for this kind of action, are they waiting for someone to be paralyzed or maybe even killed. He should be fined and suspended for 7 or more games. Get your heads out of your butts.

So wait... NOTHING?! Not even a fine?!

Next incident, Chara better get the book thrown at him.........
