I don't believe Neal had the anklet on yet when he stormed away from Peter after the warehouse blew up. He didn't have it after Adler took them to the sub and I don't think he had it at Peter's house for dinner. So, why would he have it on the next day...I doubt Peter had it replaced by then. There was nothing showing it was replaced. He was out all evening and into the night out of his range so why didn't the marshals pick him up right away.

I NEITHER LIKE HER NOR TRUST HER, REMEMBER SHE WAS ADLER'S ASSISTANT SO THIS MUST BE A PART OF A BIG PLAN TO LEAD NEAL INTO THE WRONG PATH AGAIN OR SEND HIM TO JAIL.
Hello am i the only one that does not beleive that Kate is dead. Besides it was her idea to blow up the plane, she must've had a way out. Also did Neal not say that his dad died in the line of fire.
