I favor humanitarian aid to Libya, as I favor redirecting military forces in Afghanistan toward construction and defense of civilians & infrastructure.

When you have the most expensive military in the world, every problem looks like it needs a military solution.

I am also deeply concerned that establishing a no-fly zone over Libya now is too little too late! As I see it, the world community fiddled, while Libya was destroyed!
