What should be Cape Verde's new government's priorities?

The 'other' space in the application did not work, so here are my alternative priorities for the CapeVerdean Government:
    - prioritize the production of renewable energy, give support to civilians who produce solar and wind energy, the German policy on this matter makes an interesting study case.
    - do not privatize basic important government functions, but give space and create incentives for entrepreneurs to create alternative options: more cooperation and less bureaucracy will go a long way.
    - give more opportunity to and create incentives for entrepreneurs of Cape Verdean heritage in the diaspora to invest en create businesses in Cape Verde. Stop favoring Foreigners over CapeVerdeans!
The last bit is not a priority but a few urgent recommendations:
    - Do not become a debt nation/economy like the US and EU. Do not become a member of the EU, but collaborate on relevant issues while at all time preserving and safeguarding sovereignty.
    - Beware of the IMF and other global(maffia) entities, who trick counties to give up their sovereignty for debt. Become a strong, prosperous and self reliant nation, on your own strength, with the creativeness of Cape Verdeans on the land and in the Diaspora, with cooperations and good investments from abroad that do not harm the basic resources and capital - water, air, soil, animals and humans, everything mother earth provides.
    - Put your most important capital to use: young and eager to work people! They are the future. Give them the opportunity to expand their knowledge, provide them of real living and working perspectives and use their creativity to shape the next step of Cape Verde's prosperous future!
    - Last but not least: beware of the entanglement between big global corporations, local politicians and lobbyist, always be transparent in your governing and do not allow big corporate interest to corrupt your local political system.
There is all lot of work to do, get on with it!
