she has too much going on, she needs to put her life together and then ask for custody! she needs to prove that she is a good mother and that she will take care of the baby. She needs help! she should be thinking of getting help first, there is no way she will win custody if she keeps acting like this!

Janelle needs serious help! no...she should not have Jace until she goes through some real therapy and gets herself together. The people who voted "she's his mother, she should have him"....that 15%....they voted like that because they are just like her!! And they don't think how she behaves is wrong. Well....sorry, but it is. Janelle is completly inappropriate most of the time!

she shouldnt have jace! she is very immature and selfish individual, and has no respect for her mom. Her mom has many valid reasons why she scolds her and Janelle just blows her off. Janelle could be a good person but needs to clean up her act. What does her boyfriend do for her ?? NOTHING! he just sits there and accepts everything Janelle has to offer him, whether it's right or wrong. And to answer about Janelle's mom, she has every right, she is providing and taking care of and nurturing Jace. Until Janelle is on her own she will follow her mother's rules, answer her mother's questions, and stop disrespecting and stealing from her.

jenelle got angry and hit another women, who cares!? just because she had a fight with someone else doesn't automatically mean that she is going to hit Jace, too; that's just assuming. And if the video of the fight means that she shouldn't have custody, then what about the videos of Jenelle and her mom fighting; why aren't people questioning whether or not Jenelle's mom should have custody? sounds like a stupid double standard to me!
who cares shes 19 , theres kids out there who have done far more things at younger ages and still got there kids i think she should have jace.... and who ever thinks that can olpen there eyes and think and put your self in her shoes and sayy i did something like that !!!!! god she a young girl we all do something dum in life no one is perfcet !
