Should the Cotton Bowl, now played at Cowboys Stadium, pursue a BCS game if the Fiesta Bowl is ousted?

Yes, the Cotton Bowl should return to its former standing as one of the Big Bowl Games, which originally included the Rose Bowl, the Orange Bowl, the Sugar Bowl, and the Cotton Bowl. All of these games were normally played on/about January 1 of the new year. After Arizona built its new stadium and the Cotton Bowl declined in maintenance and appearance, the Cotton Bowl was pulled from the Big Four, and was replaced by the Fiesta Bowl. It's time to bring it back to North Texas. The question is whether the actual Cotton Bowl would be the venue, or it would be played in Arlington with the Cotton Bowl name?
