For me it is the Navitimer World, mostly because of the size compared to the standard Navitimer, I think the 46mm fits nicely between all the variants. That said, I think the CM-1461 and CM-QP are works of engineering genius and lovely to look at, even if a little too big in case size.

Being retired, with an engineering background, I remember the days when slide rules... ruled. My vote goes to the Standard Navitimer.
The standard Navitimer has been a favorite for years. I like the 3 - 6 - 9 placement of the sub dials with the date between 4 - 5. Over 10 years ago I had a 38mm Montbrillant with a silver face. I found that the numerals on the slide rule were too small for my eyes.
Perhaps about 10 years ago I had a Cosmonaute that was of a limited series. This is one watch that I wish I still owned.

I have to go with the standard Navi. Just a great looking watch even after all these years

Of the ones you listed, the Navi World is my favorite...but the Olympus is my all-time favorite Navitimer option. It's hard to beat all the features and functions that Breitling offered on the Olympus at that price point.
