All personal feelings aside, do you believe that this will result in 'real damage' to Sokol, Buffett & Berkshire Hathaway, Both, or Neither???

    Seems like a policy of disclosure is all that's necessary. I have no doubt that Sokol told Buffett he had a position. If Buffett hadn't bought where would that leave Sokol? Just another trader...

    As a shareholder of BRK.B since 2008, I've seen an increase of less than 3%. I believe this will put Berkshire and Buffet in a tough position and will continue to hurt shareholder value. I'm waiting on The Woodstock of Capitalism on 4/30 to determine real impact but it certainly will create some necessary changes.
