No amount of regulation can be sufficient remedy for the inevitable damage to the environment and the atmosphere. Non-conventional fossil fuel extraction needs to be FORBIDDEN, not regulated.

Flora and fauna will be irreparably damaged.
Organic status will be impossible to achieve.
Air pollution will increase breathing problems for asthmatics and others suffering from respiratory diseases.
